On CNN right now, Chuck Schumer just said Bush essentially deserves equal credit for this.

This is why Democrats always falter at turning public opinion on something major. We're so quick to diminish the greatness of OUR leaders and that's exactly what happens when you bring Bush up to Obama's level.
