The con-mans waiting until his con can do him some good again.

2. A Trump independent run is still a possibility
All he's really said is that he's not going to be a Repuke candidate.

However, if the Rethugs nominate a no-name, and the President still has to deal with a weak economy, look for Trump to market himself as the "none of the above" candidate a year from now, he has learned from the Jesse Ventura election that all you have to do is get 34 percent while your opponents get 33 percent apiece.

12. Trump can't enter that way.
Ballot rules make it extremely difficult to get on the ballot in most of the 50 states. You have to start at least a year in advance to get signatures and fight court battles. That is what Perot had to do and he spent tens of millions of dollars doing it. Trump said he did not want to leave the private sector, not just that he didn't want to be the Republican candidate.

4. I just thought everyone knew he was a Democrat. Cause well he is.

He donates money to Dem candidates. That's why I never got this whole hoopla. I was the one talking most people down. Trump was never serious and to assume he'd run as a Republican--always struck me as weird. Don't get me wrong---sometimes he was a bit annoying and took his joke too far. But he had no intention, EVER to run, and definitely against a Dem.

5. Point out a few of his Democratic positions so I can get your reasoning ....
It seems as if you're saying that just because he tossed a little cash at a few NY Democratic pols then he's okay. That doesn't make him a Democrat in my book.

Glad someone found humor in his run. I found it appalling and embarrassing. And I think he was as serious as "The Donald" ever is-which is to say a bad joke.

7. What makes him a Republican?
Is it the comments he's said---which are basically stupid shit to get his ratings up?

http://www.dailykos.com/story/2004/04/16/24405/-Trump-is-a-Democrat
http://www.unelected.org/donald-trump-donates-to-democrats-including-harry-reid-in-2010

I would think making donations to Dems primarily is a sign he's a Dem. I don't see most Dems donating to non-Dems, do you? So I don't see why that doesn't classify him as a Dem. Especially considering these are personal donations. As I mentioned, he says stupid shit for ratings. One of the things that annoyed me was when people were on DU were calling him names during Obama's "sort of roast" if you paid attention to the video---it was clearly apparent the guy was laughing. I'm not here to defend everything he's said...since I am one of The Blacks, but I never said he didn't say stupid shit. The guy was just grandstanding and being stupid---as he usually does and needed the ratings for his show. End of story, at the end of the day he goes Dem.

8. Many business people toss money to both parties. Nothing about Trump says Democrat to me....
We're just going to have to disagree on this one. You're FAR more tolerant of his politics than I will ever be. Just the difference in people I guess.

11. While nothing about him says Republican to me.
Most of his shit was to get ratings. Being on the side of Obama definitely won't bring him the ratings that bad mouthing him would. I'm tolerate cause he's irrelevant in the long run. If a friend said what he said---then I'd be offended.

10. He could change his mind, there's still time
I'm sure if his ego is stroked enough by his rabid fan base and the sychophants that work for him, he'll jump back in
