Does anyone know if they poll cell phones yet?

More and more people only have cell phones, and I would guess a large
majority of them are under 35, college students, and minorities. Are these
included in the polling numbers? I know they didn't used to be but I wondered
if that had changed. If cell phones are not polled, it makes the recent polls
even more unreliable.

1. I think there's a group that includes cell phones, don't remember the name... It is more expensive

to include cell phones in polling, I think.

2. More and more polls do all the time and others do account for the non-representation error

using a variety of statistical tricks.
