In the video, he threatened no one, he was just loud. It may be one thing to attempt to mover the man or calm him down, but it is something else entirely to arrest him. For Ryan to "joke" about the man's blood pressure is particularly disturbing...and this is one of the SOB's Hoffa was talking about...who would want this clown in charge of Medicare?
