Maybe there should be a federal law
that punishes anyone involved in the execution anyone without sufficient evidence.

That would include judges and death panel boards that refuse to consider the evidence or lack of evidence.

3. Certainly, Sir, When Malfeasance By The Authorities Is Evident, Criminal Charges Would Be Proper
Essentially, you have in such instances murder done under color of law, and such a charge ought to be available, and brought. The system would tighten up a good deal were this the case.

4. I agree with this
There are too many Prosucators,Judges, and panel boards too willing to execute people.

There Is plenty of reasons to delay the troy Davis execution.Even 5 members of the jury now say
they wouldn't have voted for death penalty If they knew then what they know now.You have a group of
former Death Row wardens coming out for staying the execution.

10. Yes you do.
You have a right to use deadly force in defending yourself as long as deadly force was necessary in defending your life.

13. Well yeah,
Someone is going to save their own life in self defense. That still doesn't mean someone should have the right to take another ones life under different circumstances than self defense.

15. This goes beyond defending oneself.
Everyone, including family members I feel should defend themselves. When you go into defending other people such as family members, your the person saying this other persons life is in jeopardy and that's where things could be taken the wrong way. It's the persons own self who can say if their life is in need of defending.

If you as well as your family members feel threatened then that would go along with self defense. You also defended your family members because of the situation of all feeling threatened.
