Here is how it was played on an AP break on my way home, they played 15 seconds from about 16 seconds to 31 seconds and said Cain had a pause. In that time frame there is a minor pause and they cut Cain off before him saying "correct" thus make it look that Cain agreed with Obama and had a minor pause, they then went to a verbal gaffe from Obama today, to create equivalency.

Me listening, for an issue, heard no big deal with either person, a minor pause by Cain a minor gaffe by Obama. See how the game is played? The major pause from Cain is in the second 30 seconds!
