Where are the Republican candidates?

In my lifetime, I have never witnessed a weaker set of candidates for ANY party, than I am witnessing with the Republicans for 2012. It's almost like it's a setup. Why don't they have one legitimate candidate? Are they that afraid of Obama? One would think if Obama is the axis of evil(which they do), they would come up with someone that could solve all the worlds problems and make it a better place to live. Instead, they have candidates that make Bush look great. First it was Gingrich. He soon went down fast. Then Romney. A Republican mormon in the White House? I don't think so. They'll never allow that!!! Then out of nowhere Perry blows him away, and soon fades when he opens his mouth. Then Cain tops Perry. His lies regarding his sexist actions and opening his mouth will make him a name of the past. Don't even get me started on O'Bachman - lol. Even little Miss Sarah won't run. Of course we all know why - its all about the money and the publicity. The party wants to run over the 99% of Americans that made this country great and insure that the 1% is untouched. It's like they are doing all of this for publicity, with no intention of winning. Even my staunch Republican friends are quiet these days. I don't get it. Can someone enlighten me, and the rest of the world, as to what the hell is going on? As it stands now, NO ONE will even get close to Obama in 2012, for which I'm glad. Something sure looks fishy here.

2. I think it's because they are plum out of ideas other than to

fatten the fat cats (themselves included) even more. Their party is fractured, they have no cohesive message, and no one in their right mind with a lick of intelligence wants to go there against Obama.
