Please help with another RTW (for less) poll.
Our local rag has another RTW poll. Currently 58% - 42% yes. It needs some help!

Do you support right-to-work legislation?

6. "Right-to-Work" laws are so grossly misnamed IMHO
Indiana's right-wing dominated legislature will be taking it up during their next session. Blech.....:puke:

8. I agree with you and it's done on purpose
They frame the issue to make it sound reasonable, when in fact workers lose their rights under it. It really should be employer rights.

Good point!

9. Right
who doesn't want a so-called "right to work", right? :eyes: I think these laws also essentially encourage free loading as unions will still have to represent people whom work at people's jobs whether or not they pay dues. How is that fair, reasonable, responsible? It would be nice if we could get some REAL "right-to-work" laws proposed/enacted that enable everybody who wants a job to actually be able to find one.

10. I'm right there with you
"enable everybody who wants a job to actually be able to find one" - that would truly be a "right to work" state or country!

I really wish we could frame that for everyone in the country to understand clearly.

:kick:
