Herman Cain Art Project

The sublime Rachel Maddow has of late outed Herman Cain as an Art Project- existing in the Presidential race for fun and profit.
It made me think- Hey! why shouldn't I run for President? After all... I have things I'd like to sell.

So it is, that I come before you today to announce my candidacy for President of The United States.
My name is Susan Zoon and I too, am an Art Project!

See how easy t hat was? Now all I have to do is alert the lazy media looking for cheap laughs at the expense of the American people, while throwing buckets of money over over the heads of political charlatans like Gatorade showers at the Super Bowl. They have the unmitigated gaul too wonder why citizens, young and old across the country are protesting in the streets- In part against the incestuous relationship between celebrity journalism and politics that ignores anything of substance actually defined by a majority of the people.

My story is simple. I am one of the 99%. A starving artist with a list of accomplishments as long as my arm and no money or employment to show for it. I have published two books with a small publishing house that did not pay me for one single sale (even though my first book reached the lofty height of the 57,000 level of Amazon without any corporate money behinds it. No, really, check it out. That's amazingly good. It now languishes at the 3million level) After ripping off me and sixty other authors, they declared bankruptcy. My husband/hero goes to work every day at a job where, four years ago, they cut his salary by one third, and said "Take it or leave it." At age 57- he took it. We've all be taking it haven't we?

I am a life long Democrat that believes in life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness in all of it's sloppy excess. I believe in the full privilege of liberty for all of my LGBT friends and fellow citizens. I believe in the pursuit of financial justice down every dirty path that leads to the destruction of pay-for-play politics and politicians. I believe in ending all of our destructive wars and if any new war is undertaken... I believe in the institution of a draft so that not only the poor and working classes pay in blood. If the rich and their children had skin in the game, there would be no more wars of profit. I believe that all elections should be federally funded.

I believe all of this and so much more. I believe that presidential candidates cannot be cynical, hypocritical, or greedy enough.
