Why doesn't anybody in the media talk about the republican split in congress on spending?

Why doesn't anybody in the media talk about the republican split in congress on spending?

Five days ago the House and senate passed a bipartisan law on spending which passed the house 298-121. Nearly all dems supported it with half the republicans voting no. Yet there is no talk in the media about the republican split in congress.

These guys are imploding but with the state of the so called liberal media in this country you'd never know it.

2. I regularly read about it in the NY Times, and it's been a topic on sme NPR shows.
