Hahaha... Good lord.

Huck: Scandal-weary voters turning to Gingrich

Check out Mike Huckabee's unintentional irony when talking about the Herman Cain allegations last night.

"I think right now the voters will probably be shopping for someone with less trouble, with less controversy, and that's why you've seen Newt Gingrich rise."

"In the context of our Republicon clown car, a guy like Teh Newtie -- with a relatively modest pile of Divorce Dumps and Secretary Boinks, and a bulging pocketful of Millions in Republicon Socialism Payola for so-called 'consulting' -- looks to us like a, um, freaking Moral Giant."

2. There is no one with as much public dirt as Newton
84 ethics violations, three marriages- the last one to a congressional intern who he was having an affair with, millions of dollars received from Freddy and Fanny, many more millions taken from the health care industry, and don't forget that "Contract For America" which he pushed through and then never followed through on any of the terms of the contract. Oh yeah, I forgot half a million in unpaid bills at Tiffany's.

If he's the nominee then we need to push all this crap out from under the rug and back into the spotlight as much as possible.

3. Hey, the President says that Mr and Mrs Newt are Sanctified
and their Union is made by God, they share a spiritual element to their relationship that same sex couples are denied, as we are not as good as Mr and Mrs Newt. All who stand with or rationalize that anti equality stuff, those who were fine with McClurkin and with Warren, they are Newt's people, the 'One Man, One Woman' crowd. Those who stand against equality are on Newt's side. The President favors Newt to me or Rep Frank, he thinks he will enter Paradise with Newt. Religion. They are 'Sanctified' you see. We are not. And the Federal Government, of course, is here to make sure God's will is carried out, right?
Face it. If Newt is the nominee, Obama will never mention sanctity or how sacred marriage is, he will stop saying 'one man, one woman' 'cause of Newt having so many, many 'wives' and divorces. Jesus said a man who divorces and remarries is a whoremonger. Obama claims he opposes gay marriage 'cause of Jesus. Will he call out Newt as whoremonger? No. Did Jesus say a word against gay people? No, he did not. Obama's 'faith' will suddenly vanish from view, as he is too cowardly to read what his Bible really says.
The hypocrisy of it all is just hard to stomach. It really, really is.

7. You're making stuff up that Obama never said about Newt only to bash Obama.
And you are being dismissive of what President Obama really thinks of Barney.

----

The White House

Office of the Press Secretary
For Immediate Release
November 28, 2011
Statement by President Obama on Congressman Barney Frank's Retirement

This country has never had a Congressman like Barney Frank, and the House of Representatives will not be the same without him. For over 30 years, Barney has been a fierce advocate for the people of Massachusetts and Americans everywhere who needed a voice. He has worked tirelessly on behalf of families and businesses and helped make housing more affordable. He has stood up for the rights of LGBT Americans and fought to end discrimination against them. And it is only thanks to his leadership that we were able to pass the most sweeping financial reform in history designed to protect consumers and prevent the kind of excessive risk-taking that led to the financial crisis from ever happening again. Barney’s passion and his quick wit will be missed in the halls of Congress, and Michelle and I join the people of the Bay State in thanking him for his years of service.
