Newt, says (paraphrasing) 'let's "reform" child labor laws in order to put poor kids to work cleaning schools so that they can learn honest work and not sell drugs.'

We need to help Newt help America by coming up with "big ideas"!
What kind of work can we find for poor kids so they don't resort to selling drugs? Be creative.

1. Kids could dumpster dive and collect useful items to sell at flea markets!

Not only would they help the environment but also they would learn to be entrepreneurs!

2. Kids could collect their urine

in order to boil eggs in it, and then sell them to the Chinese (it's a delicacy there). They can learn entrepreneurship AND help to rebalance the trade deficit!

3. Not bad. Urine can be used for nitrogen fertilizer also.

Useful diversification in case the Eggs in Urine market collapses.

4. The janitor kids could accidentally mix cleaning solutions, like bleach and

ammonia, and wipe out half the school population with the resulting hydrochloric acid and toxic chloramine vapor . Then the school can be closed as they are downsized by death, and then theycan be consolidated with other schools with Newt's program.

Hey Newt, there's a reason we don't let kids drive, or do certain jobs: their brains are not developed enough for executive functions to be safe all of the time.
