Any Congress savy DU'ers out there? The President says that no one goes home

for Xmas break until such and such is voted on. What happens if Congress ignores him and goes on vacation? What is his recourse?

1. He needs to just go up the Hill and call them out during Prime Time.

And then pull out a big binder full of every other partisan block and call them out on those too.
