This morning I am not interested in fighting about the merits of the bill, we have done that for many days prior and we will for many days after.

Can those of us who appreciate the magnitude and the history of what is happening today have this thread to celebrate?

Obama, Pelosi and Reid are about to make history. TIME will tell whether or not it is good thing.

I want to congratulate all Democrats from progressives to moderates to conservatives.
