Why would I or anyone scream if terror lists, watch lists, and no fly lists be an infringement on my personal liberities? What's the point of these lists if the info is not shared? This guy was already banned from Britain, there had been warnings about him before, and his own father went to the US Embassy in Nigeria to warn us. Yet he still had his visa to enter the US and had not been upgraded to any list where he would be stopped boarding a plane to the US. That is negligence if we are serious about security. I have never felt or said anything else, so don't tell me to make up my mind.

and was refused a re-entry visa to Britain. It was NOT terror related. This has been repeated on MSNBC all day today.
