Why is GD-P still "presidency" and not back to "politics"?

Seems there are more posts about politics than president, just wondering what the reason was for it remaining "presidency"? thanks.

1. It was originally intended to be for discussion of Obama's presidency

But as you point out, over time topics of discussion in there have become much broader (probably because we don't have a strict policy of moving unrelated threads from that forum).

However, it's likely that the name will be changing tomorrow. See Skinner's thread here for more info:
