Non-US DUers are more than welcome to apply to serve as mods. We have a few right now in fact.

Do you keep forms from applicants who aren't accepted?
For instance, if I applied in 2008, but wasn't selected, would you still have the form on file? Or do you just keep them for accepted mods?
(Cause scanning is hard. ;) )
