Even when you spend billions and trillions on the best of everything, you know.

No sense in being impatient when it is clear that time is an issue here. Now some things can take forever, I know, and that is hard to be patient about. The war on "tear are" is going to be forever and so, we will be spending everything we can on that indefinitely. Rather than wait, just forget about it.
