1. yes, most do seem to be kids-older teens. No school Monday??

5. There is a big university campus (GWU) near the White House and two

neighborhoods full of 20-somethings not much farther away. Across the river there are tons of students living in apartments and after a Facebook notice at 10:30, it would be easy them to get to the White House. They'll just skip their 8:30 classes :-).
