If Panetta watched the killing live, then there has to be a recording

They are reporting that Leon Panetta and aides watched the raid that got bin Laden in 'real time' as it happened. Well, then there has to be a recording of the event. I do not believe there is any way to transmit the video without it being recorded in several devices along the way. So if proof is demanded then it should be readily available - should it not?
