BushCo agreed to go along with it, ensuring Bush's legacy was one of incompetence in trying to capture bin Laden.

Obama built or identified a compound in Pakistan to claim that's where bin Laden lived. (Wonder if bin Laden was in on it?)

He got the intelligence community and military to go along with it.

And at just the right time, the announcement!
