for Medicare.
Just saying. That's what it is.
The average person on Medicare gets less than $1200 per month. For many seniors that's for rent, food, transportation, everything.
That adds up to less than $15,000 per year. And even if seniors have some savings, they aren't earning any interest on them, so savings do not increase income.
Now where is a person earning all of $15,000 per year supposed to get $8,000 to cover medical care? It is not going to happen.
That is why I call the Republican Medicare plan the "Die Quickly And As Painfully As Possible" plan.
How cruel. How stupid can you get?
