FBI Most Wanted USAMA BIN LADEN: deceased
USAMA BIN LADEN

Murder of U.S. Nationals Outside the United States; Conspiracy to Murder U.S. Nationals Outside the United States; Attack on a Federal Facility Resulting in Death

REWARD: The Rewards For Justice Program, United States Department of State, is offering a reward of up to $25 million for information leading directly to the apprehension or conviction of Usama Bin Laden. An additional $2 million is being offered through a program developed and funded by the Airline Pilots Association and the Air Transport Association.

Usama Bin Laden is wanted in connection with the August 7, 1998, bombings of the United States Embassies in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, and Nairobi, Kenya. These attacks killed over 200 people. In addition, Bin Laden is a suspect in other terrorist attacks throughout the world.

Bin Laden is left-handed and walks with a cane.

The alleged terrorists on this list have been indicted by sitting Federal Grand Juries in various jurisdictions in the United States for the crimes reflected on their wanted posters. Evidence was gathered and presented to the Grand Juries, which led to their being charged. The indictments currently listed on the posters allow them to be arrested and brought to justice. Future indictments may be handed down as various investigations proceed in connection to other terrorist incidents, for example, the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001.

The Rewards for Justice program, administered by the United States Department of State's Bureau of Diplomatic Security, offers rewards for information leading to the arrest of many of these terrorists.

It is also important to note that these individuals will remain wanted in connection with their alleged crimes until such time as the charges are dropped or when credible physical evidence is obtained, which proves with 100% accuracy, that they are deceased.

1. How come it doesn't say that he was wanted in connection to 9/11?

He was supposedly behind the largest terrorist attack on American soil that killed 3,000 people. You would think that the most wanted poster would mention this.

2. A minor oversight.
I wonder who gets the $27MM of reward money? Had to have been humint that narrowed the search to this compound.

5. They couldn't gather enough evidence -
to conviene a Grand Jury on his involvement with 9/11. That says a w-h-o-l-e lot.

they could have indicted him based on his messages and other links.

6. Fine print says.....
"Future indictments may be handed down as various investigations proceed in connection to other terrorist incidents, for example, the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001"

It's been a decade and still no indictment.

Maybe they were waiting to capture him. That didn't work out.

11. Well
how do they know he did it? Seems a video claiming responsibility and the other links carry as much weight if not more.

Again, why are you hung up on the 9/11 indictment?

Do you think he might have been innocent?

12. "and the other links"
What other links?

Also, if a video tape of him claiming responsibility was sufficient evidence, wouldn't they have indicted him based on that evidence?

Yet there is still no formal accusation by the FBI that Bin Laden committed the crime of 9/11.
