13. It was stated in the caption it was classified. Honestly, it's just an aerial picture of the....

...compound. Even though the world might already have this picture or something like it, the picture itself could be construed by an enemy nation, to tip them off about the quality of our imaging.

Which we don't want anyone to know the capabilities of.

Hence, why something like this is classified.

That is how the reasoning goes, anyway.
