6. If our leadership wasn't afraid of investigating him and

especially how he got those petitions signed, it wouldn't be hard to get him in prison and throw the key away. I heard so much anecdotal evidence that some major cheating went on. I don't know why Jerry Brown didn't investigate him when he was Attorney General. It makes me wonder who they are afraid of. I'm certain Issa wasn't alone in this because some very deep pockets behind the scenes funded this whole recall drive.

Will no longer be grounds for an arrest. It might end up costing you a fine, but no more arrsts jsut because of some weed.

This is the way most college towns treated the "dope" problem in the late seventies, and it freed the police to work on more difficult matters, kept the jails from overcrowding etc.
