A lesson in the futility of violence:

On December 7, 1941 more than 2,500 Americans died at Pearl Harbor.
On August 6 & 9, 1945 3,200 Americans died when we bombed Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
They were Japanese Americans. I guess they don't count. After all, they were in Japan that day, right?

On the other hand, would you return to a nation that would immediately put you in an internment camp?

We killed more Americans by bombing Hiroshima and Nagasaki than the Japanese themselves did at Pearl Harbor.

That's so fucked up.

1. I say this because more Americans have died since 9/11 than died on 9/11.

In our alleged response to that terror attack well north of 5,000 have died.

When will we learn?

We are in a sinking boat, and instead of scooping water out of the boat, we are scooping water out of the ocean and dumping it into the boat.

It's all over. Mankind is a plague on the planet. All we ever accomplish is killing each other. There is no hope. All is lost. We're doomed to live useless lives and then to die. Nothing good happens. The United States is the worst country on the planet. We might as well just go to bed and stay there. We have only futility ahead.
