Still don't know how many were in the compound and how many others died other than Bin Laden, a son and perhaps a woman who may or may not have been his latest wife.
Would the survivors now be in Afghanistan - in the practice replica at Bagram so they feel at home?

3. I think they only took Osama's body with them. |
|
If there were survivors there, I imagine they left them there. Not enough room for them on the choppers.

5. I'd think that the Pakistani army could walk the 800 yards to the compound to go get them. n/t |

6. Sure, once our team left. I'm sure they went there right away |
|
to see what those explosions were about. Our team was gone, though.

7. From the London Telegraph |
|
"Twenty-three children and nine women were in the compound at the time of the assault and were turned over to Pakistani authorities, added the US official who requested anonymity to discuss an intelligence matter."
We better be on top of this with Pakistan.
