The Repub spin today is that if they had not tortured Khalid Sheik Mohammed and al-Libi, they would never have gotten the name of the courier? When did they torture these guys? 2003? 2004? 2005? That is 4 or 5 years before Bush left office. How come they were not able to do the same thing Obama did in that length of time??

They have to be called on their spin and their lies. KSM did not give them the name of the courier under torture. It was under normal interrogation that he gave them the name. That is important info.

11. When people who are highly partisan comment on military operations

reality goes out the window. Everyone here seems to think these operations take place like Jack Bauer in the '24' show. It doesn't. It takes years. A hundred dead end roads are traveled. The CIA itself said this operation took years of work trying to follow the courier and find his exact name and location. Get real.
