The guy who knew his shit was trying desperately to explain why we are in danger of similar situations here.

The asswipe kept repeating, "I've been in the nuclear industry for 25 years (possibly true), "containment domes are designed to handle a complete meltdown" (clearly not true), "we don't have any reactors in the US that are of the same design as Chernobyl" (not true - we had two at the time).

No matter what the other guy said, the asswipe just kept repeating his bullshit over and over and over with no effort at all to deal with the "interview" as a discussion or debate. Repeat a lie enough times and idiots will believe it.

I remember a report he did that was so wrong and irresponsible and part of his personal agenda that I actually called the local affiliate station when I could not get through to national and told them that they could count me out of thier veiwership for that program (20/20) or whatever as long as he was part of it.
