10. The only way to prepare

is to believe and "hope" that jeebus floats you to heaven with everyone he considers worthy.

The way I understand it, granted I'm no theologian but some in my family are.

According to much end-timey nonsense there is a belief that God and by extension Jesus will, before reducing Earth to rubble in an all out Battle Royale Steel Cage match with Satan, remove, or rapture, the true believers to Heaven saving them from "death". There will follow a period of some time (7 years is a common number)called the tribulation where those left behind will experience famine, death, war and everything else the "loving" God decides he wants to do before the final smack-down of Satan and all the false Christ figures and seeing the Second Coming of the "loving" Jesus.

I'll be watching the tribulation from the drivers seat of my raptured neighbors car I think.
