i thought i would mention that the one, single, absolutely ONLY thing i like about palin is her kids' names.

it's wonderful though isn't it that she's finally gone? i had no idea her son had married. turns out it was announced in people magazine, according to palingates. oh, and go there to see some great screen shots of palin spouting some kind of wild republican hypocrisy about the media discussing her kids - the same kids she's paraded back and forth across the country to sell her own sick brand. the woman is looking ghastly.

i think she's over. and i feel slightly better believing that.

Apparently Britta is quite accomplished, and probably quite a contrast

I had just read the Huffpo article that said Dad is a Reverend and it hadn't been mentioned here so I threw it out there.

There's a church downtown in my very conservative town that has 'GLTB always welcome' on the sign. Next time I drive by I'll check and see if it's ELCA. By the way, I had a rushed wedding and found out years later that my Dad waited for months after for us to tell them we were expecting. It's what people think!
