Watch what happens in the recall elections this summer.

We learned a lot in the Supreme Court election. The most important thing we learned is that in those Senate districts where there hade been heavy door-to-door signature gathering for the recalls, Kloppenburg won by big point spreads. Only in areas where there was little or no personal contact between activists & ordinary citizens did Prosser do really well. In those areas, many voters had no idea of the connection between Prosser & Walker, & they allowed themselves to be influenced by the high-spending Citizens United-type ads.

The lesson: Personal contact with voters can carry the day over big-money ad saturation.

we know who is tampering with those bags when the working hours are over?

This is another important big advantage that the Neocons have over us. They can pretty much twist the information around
any way they like. Only those who care enough to dig for more accurate news will get it. And many don't seem to care
enough. I sure hope you will take over your senate on July 12, and kick out Walker in 2012, and many more half-wits
will be voted out of office in Nov. 2012.

We'll have to keep on working hard between now and then. Good luck -- to all of us. We'll need it.

We found that individual contacts with voters made all the difference. Districts in which heavy recall petition activity had occurred also went for Kloppenburg in a pretty big way. Unbelievably, a lot of people have little clue about what's actually happening until a wild-eyed teacher shows up on their doorstep with a clipboard and starts explaining it to them.
