The joke was clever, and I didn't feel insulted by it at all. The context of this whole thread is comedy, and your post was clearly just a joke and not meant to actually hurt anyone (though my mileage may vary from other bipolar people, I suppose). If this had been a serious thread about Palin (if such a thing can even exist lol) and you threw out a comment about her being bipolar that would come across differently. Context is everything. :)
