Officials: Deputy Whipped Kids, Taped Porn Video

POLK COUNTY, Fla. -- A 45-year-old Polk County Sheriff's Office female detention deputy was arrested on allegations of severely whipping two children, recording the beatings and distributing the video.

Robin Leigh Pagoria was charged Thursday with three counts of aggravated child abuse, three counts of production of child pornography, three counts of promotion of child pornography and three counts of possession of child pornography.

According to the Sheriff's Office, Pagoria whipped two children -- aged 10 to 18 -- that "she had access to" but did not gain access through her employment.

The children are not being identified.
