Sarah Palin to visit Liberty Bell - Boo her again Philly!!!!!!!!

Sarah Palin will make a stop on Independence Mall this Memorial Day weekend as she launches her One Nation bus tour.

According to her website, SarahPAC, Palin will be dropping in on spots fraught with patriotic and historic symbolism. Tour details were sketchy Thursday afternoon.

This Memorial Day weekend, many of us will be away from the city, hanging with friends, barbequing, and relaxing at the beach. But while we’re all having a great time, Sarah Palin will be in Philadelphia. The former Governor of Alaska (quitters never win) will be stopping by the Liberty Bell, according to The Inquirer.

The stop is part of a larger bus tour (that’s the obnoxious looking bus right there) called the One Nation Tour of “historical sites that were key to the formation, survival, and growth of the United States of America.” So far, according to the article, no one from Palin’s camp has reached out to local Tea Party reps or the Visitor’s Center, so maybe she’s just coming for a leisurely stroll?

The last time Sarah hit such a public place in Philly was when she got booed mercilessly at the Flyers game in 2008, so here’s hoping a similar thing happens this weekend. Plus, we just think it’d be great to see all the tour guides in their Revolutionary garb just heckling her endlessly. Do you think you guys could do this one thing for us?
