Nice to see Weiner man up
This is rare. I am delighted that he hasn't resigned.

Human beings are deeply flawed and social media will destroy many folks.

22. if it makes you feel better...I was totally wrong about Hillary. I admit
it. I totally made her out to be a villain - which she was not. I have learned
people are no where near as bad as you may think they are. I am sure, you, as
am I, are very proud of how she has handled her role as S of S. It must be a
very grueling job. It tires me to fly 1/4 of the US.

12. The leadership
he is after all... a liberal democrat, and takes on the powers that be regularly...

It is now a pattern and has a whiff of something I really do not like.

...or the state legislature deciding that he just made their job on redistricting that much easier.

THAT'S what's going to be killer for all of us as Dems to live down.

9. That was about as unmanly as it gets...
... what a stereotype of the slimeball politician.

Less for what he did and more for how he reacted, then lied, then finally when the evidence was overwhelming then he comes out and talks about his shame. I'm surprised he didn't whip out his wife Spitzer style.

15. Far too late to "man up"
Ignoring the sexist undertones in "man up"... real men own their behavior long before they have no choice.

Once you don't have a choice, you don't get props fo admitting that which is already known.
