FDA Suppression of Effective Cancer Treatment --- Antineoplastins

3. FDA takes money from drug and device manufacturers to 'review' their products.

This started in the 90s, and was an EXTREMELY bad idea.

FDA also convenes review panels comprised of people with financial ties to either the company with the drug/device being reviewed, or established competitors to that company. These panels determine whether the new drug/device can be approved. If the panel is made up of mostly members with ties to the company with the drug/device under review, then that drug/device gets approved, regardless of safety or efficacy (see Vioxx). If the panel is made up of mostly members with ties to competitors products, the new drug/device will never see the light of day, again regardless of safety and efficacy data (see Nephros).

That's really all you need to know about corruption at FDA. That fish is rotten from the head to the tail.
