1. I left a few years ago when I started seeing so much hatred and ugliness toward Obama -
was finding out way too much about my friends' politics....decided to depart and have been a happier person ever since!

6. I left FB long ago...
And maybe it was a good idea, cause who wants GOLDMAN SACHS snooping around in your personal info.

8. My niece invited me to join and I think I actually created an account
But I have never been "on" the system, never set up a profile, never went back.

A different niece now only posts pictures of her children on Facebook. I've never seen any but the earliest pictures of her first child and that only because she emailed it to me. That is still not incentive enough for me to get involved with all their privacy crap or the new worry about who will own Facebook and everything that will be posted on it.

9. I really really hope the Murdock has looked at why MySpace tanked when
he bought it and the reason was lack of goodwill because of fox news. I hope facebook too looses some of its image because of this deal. It is the only way ceos will learn: it involves loosing money.

10. I have 2 grandkids in the military, they love that grandpa
can keep in touch with FB and Skype. I kind of wish we would have had it 40 some years ago, those 2 month old letters from home didn't cut it.

15. Nope. I am in touch with a lot of my family as a group because of FB
It's super easy for several generations to stay in touch, and up to date....something we never really managed with just telephones and mail/email.
Same thing for a huge college group of friends who are scattered all over the country.

Will take a lot more than one investor for me to give that up.
