I"ve been thinking about how these actions lead up to the deaths. And how one doesn't have to shout fire in a crowded theater to actually violate the First Amendment.

You can't say "shit" on the radio. Janet Jackson found out what happens when you expose a specific part of one's body on tv. Yet the media can promote what I believe is just as bad as shouting "fire" in a crowded theater.

This country has it's priorities messed up. Europeans can see it. I watch them as they shake their heads in disbelieve. Actually, they're laughing at us, it's so pathetic.

So where do we draw the line? At "Shit", or at actual gun pointing? Maybe it's time to reassess the First Amendment?
