When I first found the youtube site yesterday there was ONE subscriber, the creator of the hooded-figure-flag-burning thing, and that was ALL. Any subscribers now are pranksters/operatives/bottomfeeders.

There you can clearly see she is subscribed to his channel as of 2 days ago.

My bad. I'm on a different computer than I was yesterday, but later today I'll try to check the cache on the other one. I'm pretty sure there was only the one subscription and nothing else--no subscribers, that is--before the excrement hit the fan.

I mean, I guess it begs the question of if the staffers knew about the shooter's crazed ideas, maybe they could have (or did?) report him to the authorities.

But there was nothing violent in his YouTube ramblings, just seemingly disjointed stuff. They probably felt there was no threat.

Perhaps someone should have referred him to some mental health professionals, who might have been able to evaluate him and realize how deranged he really was?

23. People get friend and subscription requests all the time on Utube.

He, if he was planning this, may have sent a request, and whoever manages her account just accepted. I've done that too, not even knowing the people. It's just kind of a habit to see the request and check 'accept'.

From Rep. Gifford's POV, it wouldn't mean anything, they've probably done it many times thinking it is a supporter. But is creepy if he made the request two days before the shootings.

You'd have to know who made the request of course. But it most likely came from him.
