Currently, ND has 1 Dem Senator, 1 Rep Senator and 1 Rep Rep. So we lose 1, they lose 2 AND their tendency to give their electoral votes to Republicans.

If the Senate loses two of its members, would that reduce the 60 vote rule to 59? 58? Or not at all? If we're talking about dropping one of ours, it seems like we should at least consider that kind of thing.
