Has Limbaugh met his match

It's funny but maybe this sheriff will take him down. Limbaugh is trying to use his bluster against a law enforcement official who is just a sheriff. A man who is not a media guy who like all policemen actually works every day just trying to catch criminals. A guy who is not political who toils in a job that is true public service. Policemen always seem to know who the murderer is. They always know who is a "person of interest". Every time Limbaugh tries to paint him as a politician it just makes Limbaugh look like a jerk. Here's hoping.

6. I liked Keith O's question to Dupnik

The last one tonight during the interview when KO asked if Dupnik felt it was his job to express his observations about the media in the service of his citizenry. That's a paraphrase. He may have asked Dupnik if he felt it was his job to explore the reasons why such terrible things happen.

Dupnik's response was that he did see that as his legal obligation.

Talk about using a judo move and it was the truth, too. Dupnik is taking down the right wing powerhouse media with some straight talk.

A law and order guy that sees Rush as the problem, not the solution. Of course, Rush is a well known narcotics junkie with questionable sex trips to the DR, so I'm not really surprised that he'd have a problem with an honorable man who calls Rush on his bullshit.

Think about it: if the majority in this nation voted for Obama, why would they want to listen to the HateObamaFest 24/7?

His ratings are already in the toilet, and half of those are merely due to no other voice in the particular market.

We should be having a discussion on restoring the Fairness Doctrine right now. The Corporations have pushed this hatred and violence and disruptive political mentality - just as they push war and torture and imprisonment - to murderous levels and it's time we took OUR airwaves back from their malevolent influence.
