Eminent USA Citizen:

I write you to provide an update on the events in Libya. Your Revolution has gloriously overcome all the obstacles I discussed in our last communication. All that remains is that we deal with a notorious Colonel who has, in the past, required rather unconventional means in order to clear similar requests. For this reason, your Revolution will require additional moneys be wired to the account number provided in our last three communications. I can assure you, however, that once the Colonel has been assuaged, your Revolution will be immediately forthcoming. We are almost at the end of the process, and we thank you for your continued support.
