Damn good thing Cantor wasn't in charge for Hurricane Katrina
As fucked up as Bush was, at least his response was primarily due to ineptitude.

Cantor would have used Katrina as a bargaining chip, practically demanding a rewrite of the Constitution before forking over one dime.
