5. Given that he's releasing them unredacted
it's far more likely that it will result in the deaths of people who have helped us than anything else.

6. These are Bank of America documents...
Why is it you think they will result in the deaths of people who have "helped" us? Perhaps that argument might be made for diplomatic cables, but do you think the bankers are going to start shooting? ;)

8. In this case, he's much more a public servant!
recalling how BofA was also caught trying to hire a "private security" firm to spread dirt and discredit on Wikileaks prior to this, it will be very interesting to see how it all turns out.

25. The title of the article is actually
Wikileaks Releases Entire 65 Gigabyte Uncensored Cablegate Archive (With Or Without Bank Of America Disclosure)

story
Looks like Wikileaks is not waiting to see how litigation with the Guardian turns out and is set on doing all it can to bring the world to the brink of, what's that word again, oh yes, war. And a free Zero Hedge hat to the first guy or gal (the latter gets a choice of ZH thong instead) to discover whatever it is that Wiki may or may not have had on Bank of America.

41. Given that Wikileaks is claiming that a rogue reporter
from the Guardian is responsible for that, I think there is not much behind that accusation. Not to mention that the actions of this government have caused the deaths of untold numbers of human beings, it would be kind of ironic for us to point fingers anywhere else before we deal with our own war criminals and torturers first.

That appears to be the way a majority of people feel. Once that happens, then we won't have to worry about any deaths, at least caused by us or by those attempting to expose the lies and corruption that has created so much horror and terror and grief for so many people.

50. Bullshit. 100% right wing corporate, fascist loving bullshit talking points
If public servants were doing their job, wikileaks would be unemployed. Sick of hearing about this "wikileaks is killing people" bullshit!

How many people died because they could not pay for health care because they are broke because the bank swindled every last fucking dime from the treasury for next 100 years or more?

How many?

Sick of the shit defending the "job creators". This is class warfare. The non-rich are the only ones taking casualties.

Their stupid ass embargo stuff was asinine, particularly as they used it to raise revenue for the corporation (a non-profit though it may have been).

13. Direct contrast to CNBC (crappy news bank corp)
And their awful article that clearly is untrue-> http://www.cnbc.com/id/42762811/The_Great_Wikileaks_Bank_of_America_Hoax

and this crappy piece from american banker -> http://www.americanbanker.com/issues/176_164/wikileaks-bank-of-america-assange-1041467-1.html

Overall, B of A is in deep trouble with a ton of toxic assets and this news will only further expose them... We must not forget either of B of A telling that loser Perry that they will "help him out" -> http://blogs.wsj.com/marketbeat/2011/08/19/bank-of-america-we-will-help-you-out-someone-says-to-rick-perry/

32. apparently this is NOT the decrypted "insurance" file which is 1.46 Gigs
and named insurance.aes256 (and sitting on my external drive :D )

Per assange:

https://twitter.com/#!/wikileaks/status/108251897961517056
"WikiLeaks 'insurance' files have not been decrypted. All press are currently misreporting. There is an issue, but not that issue."

42. Right. I imagine the 1.46 gig insurance file is itself compressed,
So if *it's* expanded (assuming the same compression ratio) it would be 157 GIGS.
I wonder how much content overlap there is.

Imo, the OP is mistaken. I've seen no indication that the BofA material has been released by WL.
