There is a segment of the Christian population who feels oppressed. It's that small 15-20% of citizens who think they lost their country, that Obama hates whites and wasn't born here, that their religion is oppressed, and are probably dominionists.

I read an article a while back about some Christians using some Jewish traditions such as bar mitzvahs as their own. In other words, they're trying to put themselves in the position of the oppressed Jews.

At first I thought this was being stupid on her part or that she was trying to get the attention on her, but I don't think so.

I think this was a code of sorts aimed at Palin's base. She's being oppressed and persecuted just like Christians are. She just couldn't say it outright.

Very methodical on her part. No, let's not underestimate this woman.

I kept thinking of my mother. I love her dearly, but she is what I would call a dominionist to the 9th degree. I've heard the term "blood libel" growing up, but I never really understood what it meant. She considers herself oppressed and that goes to her belief we're living in the "end times". This type of talk is right up her alley.

Oh, and bush jr. talked code all the time to his base.
