4. I despise Palin, but to her credit, a 1/2 is not easy, and her time...

is pretty respectable for a middle-aged woman. My "best" in the 1/2 was only 20 min. better than hers, and that was when I was 30, not 47. She could probably out-run me today.

Let's beat her like a drum for her politics, NOT because she is a recreational athlete.

I wonder how many of her snipers have EVER run a 1/2 or 20 K???

7. Yup. I ran my ass off as a 32 year-old to do a 1:59...

I couldn't hold 5 min / km pace for any more than a 5k race.

She's a blithering idiot, and I abhor her politics, but 1:46 is respectable time for anyone, and is very quick for her category.
