Republican War on the Middle Class and the Poor

That should be the frame. It is what all of their policies inexorably lead to.
Tax cuts for the rick and the corporations, union destruction, voting suppression,
end social safety nets. We should call it what it is: a war on the middle class and the poor,
fought to keep the super rich drowning in riches.
