Shouldn't these companies be taxed at even higher rates when sending jobs overseas?
How will the economy ever recover under these conditions?

3. How about having the capital gains and dividends
taxed at a higher rate on the portion of the profit that resulted in outsourced jobs?

Then the stockholders can vote either at the annual stockholder meeting to do something about it so their capital gains and dividends is taxed at the lower rate. Or they could just get rid of their stocks.
