As for Chris Christie, did anyone think for a minute that he is - like the other GOP governors - anything else than a tool for the Kochs?

We the people have been conditioned to respond reactively rather than proactively to policy decisions. By the time enough of us are uncomfortable enough to muster anything resembling a large-scale protest, the policies will already be in place in such a way that nothing can be done about them - regardless of how unpopular the results.

When there's billions at stake for the ultra-rich capitalists who own congress, expect decisive and irrevocable action.
